WHY THIS EXISTS
The world is full of things we haven't understood yet.
In Pursuit of Why is built around a simple belief: a good question can open a door that a quick answer closes. Behind every field of knowledge, every craft, every invention, and every life are stories and ideas worth taking the time to understand.
The show brings me into long-form conversations with people who have spent time learning, building, researching, questioning, and doing. Scientists, historians, philosophers, entrepreneurs, and other curious minds are all part of that landscape. The aim is not to collect sound bites or manufacture certainty. It is to follow a worthwhile question far enough to discover something real.

These conversations are meant to be research-led and open-ended: prepare seriously, listen closely, ask the next question, and give complex ideas room to breathe. I want a listener to leave with a sharper understanding of a subject—and new questions they had not thought to ask before.

The project begins by meeting interesting people and exploring important ideas in Nigeria, with Lagos as an early base. The long-term ambition is global: to learn from people across disciplines, places, and experiences, and to build a media platform whose authority comes from the quality of its research and conversations.
